Is Your Child Gifted?

If your child is 12 or above, he or she can take the IQ test available here – just contact me with all the details as explained on the page.

The following inventory or checklist is based on my personal experience with gifted children.
In order to determine if a child is gifted, simply add the points corresponding to the observed behaviors. Notice that the described behaviors have different predictive power, and therefore different weights.

A total score above 15 indicates that the likelihood of giftedness is greater than 50%. Also, the greater the score, the more likely the child is to be gifted.

You can use the questions in bold (the last ones) to identify a gifted child who does not do well at school – a score above 12 on this scale indicates that the child should take an intelligence test as soon as possible.
